MIGA Data Atlas

The Mid-Infrared Galaxy Atlas (MIGA) is a high resolution image atlas of the Galactic plane at 12 µm and 25 µm, it has been produced using the HIRES processed infrared data from the IRAS satellite. It is a counterpart to the far-infrared IRAS Galaxy Atlas (IGA) and the Extended IRAS Galaxy Atlas (EIGA). Also available are MIGA image "cutouts" using IRSA's Cutouts Service, which is a general tool to create single or multiple small FITS (and JPEGs) image cutouts of datasets archived at IRSA.

MIGA images are represented as overlays in red on the ISSA all-sky composite image above. Either type in a coordinate or click on any red region to get a close-up of the area; the size of the search is adjustable.
