SIMPLE Spitzer and Ancillary Data
IRSA is currently serving the first data release (DR1) of the Spitzer IRAC/
MUSYC Public Legacy Survey in the Extended Chandra Deep Field South (SIMPLE), a Cycle 2 Spitzer Legacy program. SIMPLE
consists of deep IRAC observations (several hours per pointing)
covering the 0.5 x 0.5 deg area surrounding the GOODS CDF-South. This
low-background region of the sky has by far the best supporting data of any
cosmological survey field of comparable area, with deep observations from the
X-rays to the thermal infrared.
The first delivery (
DR1) of the Spitzer
data from the
SIMPLE Legacy II Project, are
available here using spatial and visualization
tools. IRSA is serving the SIMPLE
Enhanced
Products (Summer 2007: 20070601_enhanced)
data from the Spitzer Science Center (SSC)
public data
staging location.

Catalog Search Engine, which allows for complex search queries. You can also bypass searching and browse the

Also available are SIMPLE image "cutouts" using IRSA's
Cutouts Service, which is a general tool to
create single or multiple small FITS (and JPEG) image cutouts of data sets archived at IRSA.
